Handful salted cashews
Dash extra virgin olive oil
1 large brown onion, quartered
500 g thin beef strips
1 tablespoon curry powder, mixed with ½ cup water
1 cup coconut cream
Handful green beans (approximately 1 cup)
1 large red hot chilli, very thinly sliced
1 lime, quartered

Heat oil in pan or wok.
Brown cashews, remove and set aside.
Reduce heat, add curry/water mixture to pan and stir until it forms a paste.
Add onion and beef strips, cook until brown.
Add coconut cream, beans and chilli, mix well and simmer until thickened.
